Our services aim to improve your online visibility and performance using best practices. Therefore, dissatisfaction with specific ranking outcomes, in itself, does not typically qualify for a refund.
- Service Cancellation: If you wish to cancel an ongoing service, the notice period and any applicable early termination fees will be detailed in your Service Agreement.
- Refund for Undelivered Services:
- If you cancel a service before any work has commenced or significant resources have been allocated, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund as per your Service Agreement.
- If services have commenced, refunds will generally be prorated for any undelivered portion of the service, as specified in your Service Agreement, minus any non-refundable setup fees or costs incurred.
